Conversation Assigned

When a conversation is assigned do something. Options:

  • Mailbox: Choose the mailbox you want to monitor — you must select a single mailbox. If you want to monitor more mailboxes, you will need to create multiple zaps.
  • Assigned User: Select a User to monitor for. If you leave this field empty, the trigger will fire any time a conversation in the selected mailbox is assigned to any User.
  • Tag: If you wish to only trigger when a specific tag, or set of tags, is present on a conversation, enter those here. If you enter multiple tags, the conversation must have all tags entered here to fire the trigger.
  • Status: If you wish to only fire the trigger when a conversation is in a specific status, choose that status. If no status is chosen, any assigned message in any status will fire the trigger.
  • Custom Fields: If you wish to filter on specific Custom Fields, enter those here. You can enter multiple custom fields, but if you add more than one, the conversation will need to have all of those custom fields set to fire the trigger. *Note: Custom Fields available to Plus and higher plans only.

When a conversation is created do something.

New Customer

When a new customer is created do something.

Tags Updated

When a tag is updated do something.


Actions

Add Note

When your trigger condition is met, add a note to a conversation that already exists in Help Scout.

Create Conversation

When your trigger condition is met, create a conversation in Help Scout.

Create Customer

When your trigger condition is met, create a Customer Profile in Help Scout

Send Reply

When your trigger condition is met, send a User reply in an existing conversation in Help Scout.

Update Customer Properties

When your trigger condition is met, update any of the pre-defined Customer Properties in Help Scout.
